Pricing

$250: Includes all range time and targets as well as the cost of BSIS requalification. Students must provide equipment, ammunition, and eye and ear protection.

Equipment rental: About $25, depending on what is needed.

Ammunition: Available at a discounted rate from the instructor for this class only; see rates below. Ammunition for pistol calibers other than those listed must be purchased by the student prior to the beginning of class.

Course Summary

Series of 3 Classes: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced

These courses are designed to help shooters of all skill levels to improve, and to give them more practical, real-world experiences that parallel lethal threat encounters on duty. These courses can be used to complete your BSIS qualification at the same time.

Plus challenges to hone your abilities as well as foster some friendly competition!

Students are highly encouraged to bring their own equipment. Since this course is designed to mirror situations that may be encountered on duty, everyone should use the equipment that they will wear every day. Each student needs to practice with the pistol, holster, and magazine pouch they will be using. If you are unable to obtain this equipment, an extremely limited amount of firearms and holsters will be available to rent.

The class begins with a qualification that is similar to the qualifications laid out by the BSIS, although slightly more challenging. This qualification must be successfully passed prior to continuing with the course; students with failing scores will not be allowed to continue.

You will also be able to complete your BSIS Firearms qualification before class begins!

Scheduling

Class space is limited and appointments are required. Once you schedule your class dates, you will be required to attend on the appointed dates and times.

Reschedules
There is a $50 rescheduling fee, so please attend on your selected class dates. Students may reschedule up to 7 days before their scheduled class date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once registered, 50% of all fees are non-refundable. Those who request a refund for their selected course will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled class date.

No-Shows
Those registered for the Exposed Firearms Permit course who do not attend their selected course date(s) OR those who arrive without the required documentation will not receive a refund of any kind.
